Project: Benitt ‘F$XZO’
Operating from the fringes of the underground, Benitt is quickly carving out a distinct lane for himself as an artist who values conceptual depth over superficial hype. In contast to flashy production tactics, his songwriting focuses on the raw, unpolished, and the beautifully "in-between." By capturing an organic, almost documentarian texture in his audio, Benitt acts as an auteur of the quiet moments, cementing himself as an exciting new voice to watch for anyone tracking the intersection of DIY music culture and surrealist aesthetic curation. For his album F$XZO I had the opportunity to shoot and curate press assets for the album rollout, contribue to the look and feel for the album, as well as shape the artist aesthetic. Excited to see where his career takes him for his upcoming sophmore album.
